On behalf of a client, a company that operates in the Health industry, we are looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist for their team in Nicosia.
Position’s Duties and Responsibilities
- General admin duties
- Greeting and guiding visitors and staff in the clinic
- Scheduling appointments
- Ordering and stock taking of office supplies
- Answering, screening and/or forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Finding ways to improve administrative processes
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Coordinate office procedures (emails, receipts, invoices etc.)
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Fluency of Greek and English and language.
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Uses time efficiently.
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Administrative background and/or certificate will be considered an advantage.
- Previous hospital experience will also be considered an advantage.
- Customer service orientation.
- Trustworthy and reliable person.
- Good problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
