Administrative Assistant (Russian Speaker), Limassol – AA/10/23

On behalf of a client, a company that operates in the Health industry, we are looking to recruit a Russian-Speaking Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist.

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities

  • General admin duties
  •  Greeting and guiding visitors and staff in the clinic
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Ordering and stock taking of office supplies
  • Answering, screening and/or forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Finding ways to improve administrative processes
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Coordinate office procedures (emails, receipts, invoices etc.)
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Position’s Requirements

  • Fluency of Greek, English and Russian language.
  • Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Uses time efficiently.
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Administrative background and/or certificate will be considered an advantage.
  • Previous hospital experience will also be considered an advantage.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Trustworthy and reliable person.
  • Good problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
