Our client, a well-established group, operating in the Food and Beverage industry is looking to employ an energetic professional to join their team.
Position’s Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, implement and control of the annual marketing plan
- Development and implementation of promotional activities to improve customer satisfaction
- Participation in the formulation and implementation of advertising policy in cooperation with external partners
- Participation in the promotion of corporate identity and the organization’s products on social media and on websites
- Proposals to create new and improve existing packaging, labels and markings of products
- Design and implement of consumer loyalty through loyalty schemes (loyalty cards)
- Study trends and developments in the market for participation in the formulation of marketing strategy
- Organization, coordination and participation at shop openings, social activities and other events
- Monitoring and press releases, articles, and company advertising competition Managerial staff and Board of Directors
- Presentation changes and devising strategies for the continuous improvement of the presentation of shops
- Internal Communication Management and Marketing
- Monitoring of production, design and printing of promotional materials
- Monitoring, analysis and reporting of market needs, the practices and products of competition / Update Head for similar measures
- Monthly monitoring of advertising costs and costs of marketing
Position’s Requirements
- Acquiring a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or any other related field
- Master’s degree in Marketing or any other related field will be considered as an advantage
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent in both English and Greek languages (verbal and written)
- Very good knowledge of computers (MS office)
Salary
Up to 1900Є gross monthly
