Brand Manager, Nicosia – BM/01/24

Our client, a well-established retail/wholesale organization, is currently seeking a highly skilled and dependable individual to join its team in their offices in Nicosia, Cyprus

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities

  • Set and ensure achievement of Retail Sales targets for their brand portfolio
  • Ensure that the highest levels of customers services are offered at all times
  • Plan and oversee the execution of promotional activities/events
  • Ensure adequate stock availability of products
  • Monitoring the performance of their brand portfolio and prepare relevant reports
  • Monitoring of competition and identify business opportunities
  • Manage a team of 10 people
  • Create and monitor store working programs
  • Implement sales targets and KPIs for retail stores, ecommerce and wholesale accounts.
  • VM execution as per brand guidelines
  • Staff training
  • Market visits

Position’s Requirements

  • At least 3 years of working experience as an Assistant Brand Manager or Brand Manager
  • Client service orientation
  • Very good Organizational and planning skills
  • Very good numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge in MS office (especially in excel)
  • Very good interpersonal and communicational skills
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English Languages (verbal and written)
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Team player
