Office Administrator, Nicosia – OA/02/24

Our client, a leading company of supplying analytical equipment is looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic person to join the team in Nicosia, as an Office Administrator.

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for office reception and for welcoming visiting customers/guests
  • Handling all phone calls and taking messages
  • Maintaining office supplies (placing orders and liaising with vendors)
  • Updating firm’s document management system
  • Assisting the operation and service team in key administrative functions
  • Arranging couriers and warehouse inquires

Position’s Requirements

  • A diploma in secretarial or another relevant field will be considered as advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a relevant position
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Very good knowledge of English and Greek languages, both verbally and in writing
  • Positive and enthusiastic personality

Salary range


Working hours

Monday– Friday: 08:00 -16:00
