Office Manager, Limassol – OM/03/24

Our client, an IVF clinic, is looking to hire a professional to manage the office and assist the doctor in handling administrative responsibilities

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities


  • Greeting the patients and completing the forms of consent
  • Communication with patients and suppliers
  • Arrangement of appointments and reminder calls
  • Handling and administrating the annual leaves and sick leaves – communication with accounting team
  • Monitor the stock and place the orders (liaising with suppliers)
  • Handling calls, taking messages and communicate via emails
  • Updating the Gesy system with the medical information of the patients


  • Checking invoices, ensuring the correct information before proceeding to the suppliers
  • Deposits at the bank
  • Be responsible for the cashier and providing the receipts

Position’s Requirements

  • University degree holder
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Advanced knowledge in MS office is required
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • Knowledge in Russian language will be considered as an advantage
