Our client, a well established company in Sub-Saharan Africa  and official distributor and reseller of Apple products, is seeking to hire an Order Management Controller to join their team in Nicosia.

 Position’s Duties and Responsibilities

• Offers support to the Sales teams and acts as link between customers, sales team, and warehouse operations.
• Facilitates and provides feedback on multiple orders within different stages of the process.

Position’s Requirements

• 3 years of Order Management/Sales Administration experience
• Good knowledge of MS office
• Very good knowledge of the English language
• Attention to detail
• Customer oriented
• Good communication skills
• Highly organised
• Ability to understand the different stages of the ordering process (Billing, Customer Service, Sales, Support and Office administration).
