Our client, a well established company in Sub-Saharan Africa and official distributor and reseller of Apple products, is seeking to hire an Order Management Controller to join their team in Nicosia.
Position’s Duties and Responsibilities
- Offers support to the Sales teams and acts as link between customers, sales team, and warehouse operations.
- Facilitates and provides feedback on multiple orders within different stages of the process.
- 3 years of Order Management/Sales Administration experience
- Good knowledge of MS office
- Very good knowledge of the English language
- Attention to detail
- Customer oriented
- Good communication skills
- Highly organised
- Ability to understand the different stages of the ordering process (Billing, Customer Service, Sales, Support and Office administration).
