Performance Marketing Officer, Nicosia (Hybrid) – PMN/03/24

Our client, a company operating in the technology industry, is expanding its team and is currently looking for a Performance Marketing Officer for their team in Nicosia. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to define the strategy, daily monitoring of PPC and paid social campaigns, and managing the campaign management tool. The role will suit someone who is looking for an exciting growth opportunity in a fast-paced environment and is looking to make an immediate impact. We are looking for someone with good knowledge and passion for PPC, along with being a proactive and highly organised individual with excellent communication skills. The role will be reporting to the Marketing Manager.

The purpose of this role is to drive efficient traffic and growth by managing in collaboration with our performance marketing agency the spending and campaigns across key digital performance channels including display, PPC & campaign management tools.

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily the KPIs to identify issues and opportunities for growth. Communicate KPIs with key stakeholders.
  • Create engaging and relevant ad copy to boost campaign conversion.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance per company goals.
  • Set up, monitor, and evaluate campaigns in the company’s campaign management tool.
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
  • Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
  • Any other ad-hoc activities that may be relating to the performance marketing activities undertaken by the team to support business continuity.

Position’s Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing.
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Corporate Communications, or any other relevant field.
  • Proven PPC experience, either client-side or agency-side.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Creative and experimentation mindset.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
