As a Pharmacy Channel Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales, build relationships, and enhance the presence of our products within the pharmacy channel. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, pharmacists, and key stakeholders to achieve business objectives and maximize market penetration.
Position’s Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to pharmacies to promote products, provide information, and address inquiries.
- Formulate and implement comprehensive channel strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth within the pharmacy channel.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy chains, independent pharmacies, and other stakeholders.
- Set and achieve sales targets within the pharmacy channel adjusting strategies as needed.
- Provide support to pharmacy staff on products features, benefits and usage guidelines.
Position’s Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Business Administration, or any related field
- At least 3 years of ecperience in a similar position
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar role within the healthcare industry will be considered as an advantage
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, distribution channels and industry regulations
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
