S/W Customer Support Officer, Nicosia – SWC/02/24

Our client, a well established company providing technology solutions, is interested to enrich its Mobile development team with a professional who will focus on SW customer Support.

Being part of the mobile development team of the company which focuses on Mobile enterprises solutions the job holder will be the first contact for the clients who require assistance in regards to their application/program.

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities

  • Register and handle clients’ calls which refer to first level support problems in regards to the program they use. The call must be managed successfully either by providing on the spot assistance which resolves the problem or by escalating the call further to the team of developers who handle second and third level support to clients. Furthermore, the  job holder will be able to work (on free time) on mobile development (android) tasks contributing to the projects managing by the department.

Position’s Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, MIS or any other relevant field
  • Knowledge and skills programming preferably mobile (Android) will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages
  • Experience in technical SW customer support will be considered as an advantage
  • Very good communication skills and problem solving
  • Troubleshooting and analytical thinking

Salary Range

€1300-€1700 gross * 13 depending on experience and expertise
