Supply Chain Manager, Limassol – SCM/02/24

Leading the Warehouse and Logistics Department of the company with a team of approximately 60 people in the warehouse and 2 importing officers.

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage effectively and efficiently the operations of the two warehouses currently located in Limassol, 5.000 sqm and 2.000sqm respectively.
  • Coordinate with the Third-party logistics provider ensuring that the contract and agreement is well executed
  • Manage the warehouse staff ensuring that all duties and tasks are executed properly so that the warehouse management is at optimum level
  • Liaise with the company’s HQ in Greece ensuring that all orders placed by the 2 Importing officers are executed accurately and on time in order for the goods to arrive in Cyprus on time and meet all stock level requirements of the stores.
  • Coordinate and review the job executed by the two importing officers ensuring that all stores needs are in stock, they are correctly calculated and turned into orders placements.

Position’s Requirements

  • University BSc and MSc degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, Economics, Operational management or any other field related
  • At least 8 years experience warehouse and logistics management with minimum experience of 5 years in a managerial (or supervisory) position
  • Strong Team and People Management skills
  • Strong Organisational and planning
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • MS office advanced user (especially in excel)
  • Fluency in Greek and English languages
